The NEWWAY Noodle & Pasta Cooker has been designed to meet the changing needs of commercial kitchens. This multi-purpose cooker has been designed with for flexibility - it can be used not only for noodles, but also for pasta cooking, soup warming, 'cheung fun' rice pastry steaming and 'yum-cha' dumpling steaming.
The unit incorporates an inbuilt water overflow for removal of excess starch. It also features a basket insert self-closing mechanism for increased efficiency. A multi-setting gas valve allows for enhanced flame regulation, enabling both rapid boiling and simmering.
