Return & Refund Policy

Most orders are returnable if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.

    1. The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
    2. The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.
    3. The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.

Return & Exchange

We will accept return of merchandise only if in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and notification is within 7 calendar days of receipt. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container/packaging as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. CookPoint will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund after the confirmation.


Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction, you will be offered the mode of refund based on your payment mode and may be required to enter additional information. Expected time for refunds which will take up to 15 working days depending on our partnering banks/merchants, subject to processing duration of the bank/merchant policy. Any order cancellations after the item delivered due to a change of mind will not be accepted, it will not be considered for a refund. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
